Astuces pour contenu et mots-clés - Première partie


La création de contenu pour votre site Web nécessite passablement de temps, d'argent et de ressources pour bien matérialiser vos efforts. Mais quand il ne génère pas assez de visiteurs ou des ventes,  c'est alors est un énorme gaspillage.

Il y a beaucoup de raisons pour lesquelles un élément de contenu pourrait ne pas fonctionner correctement, mais vous pouvez augmenter considérablement vos chances de succès par votre pré-qualification de vos idées de contenu.

Dans le monde réel, les entreprises utilisent des groupes de discussion (focus group) ou d'échantillonnage de présélection du marché ciblé. Pour les ressources humaines ils utilisent les CV et lettres de motivation de présélection des candidats avant de donner une entrevue d'embauche. Mais l'avantage de l'Internet est que vous pouvez pré-qualifier vos idées de contenu avec les bons outils et un peu de recherche.

Voilà comment utiliser un éventail de tactiques de recherche d'idées de sujet, de mots-clés à l'aide d'outils en ligne pour forer les plates-formes de contenus existants  pour trouver, informer et guider vos idées de marketing de contenu pour un meilleur succès.

Recherche de mots-clés à la portée de tous


La recherche de mots-clés est une fondation du SEO. Vous produisez vos pages pour cibler les mots-clés que les gens recherche pour fournir l'information la plus pertinente et obtenir du trafic à partir de ces recherches. De nombreux sites utilisent des mots clés pour cartographier leurs pages actuelles, mais rarement ou jamais ils l'utilisent pour créer des idées de contenu supplémentaires.

Une recherche c'est se poser une question 


La clé est bien de regarder au-delà du mot-clé et de réfléchir à la question et l'intention derrière les mots-clés utilisés, de sorte que vous pouvez créer du contenu qui répond à la question d'une manière unique, mais pertinente. Le contenu qui est construit autour de mots clés que vous connaissez pour des gens qui sont à la recherche de pré-qualification de la réponse. Vous savez que la demande est là - vous avez juste à fournir le contenu. Voici les outils que j'utilise pour trouver des idées de contenu.

Google Suggest


Cet outil est autrement connu de tous il s'agit d'aller sur Google, tapez votre requête initiale - et ne frappe pas entrer. Comme vous commencez à taper des mots clés, Google vous donnera une liste des requête les plus communes et populaires.


Note: Chaque version internationale de Google vous donnera des suggestions légèrement différentes selon le pays utilisé

Il peut être fastidieux de trier manuellement à travers toutes les suggestions, donc je vais couvrir un autre outil qui va sortir toutes les suggestion automatiquement. La meilleure façon d'utiliser Google Suggest directement dans Google est d'ajouter question termes et caractères génériques et ensuite regarder directement les résultats de la recherche pour les possibilités
Question Conditions:. Prenez votre mot clé et ajouter des questions différentes à l'informatique, tels que les formulations; qui, quoi, quand, où, pourquoi et comment. Ensuite, voyez ce qui apparaît maintenant :

 Les caractères génériques:. Pour connaître couramment les mots recherchés dans le milieu d'une phrase clé, l'utilisation de * ou _ au sein de la phrase que vous tapez dans Google et il vous retournera les phrases les plus couramment recherchés pour vous.

 

Juger les résultats de recherche: Chaque fois que vous trouvez une phrase prometteuse, aller de l'avant et appuyez sur Entrée pour lancer la recherche. Coup d'œil rapide sur les résultats. Sont-ils des résultats utiles et de qualité? Mettez-vous dans la peau d'une personne recherchant ce mot-clé. Voudriez-vous voir un meilleur résultat? Si oui, il y a votre idée de contenu gagnant. 

Note 1 : Il y a quelques années Google donnait le volume de recherche (une estimation du nombre de requêtes) pour chaque suggestion. Maintenant pour jumeler suggestion et nombre de requêtes il faut utiliser d'autres outils : 
  • KeywordTool.io (payant pour les données supplémentaires) comme le volume, le CPC et la compétition.
  • Google Keywords Planner (gratuit mais données légèrement biaisées par les annonces Adwords.

Google Trends

Note: L'interface à grandement changé depuis mais les fonctions sont les mêmes.
Il est un outil de recherche de mots clés étonnant pour mesurer le volume et les tendances des termes différents au fil du temps. Il dispose également d'un bonus qui est extrêmement utile pour des idées de mots-clés supplémentaire sous Rising..

La section Rising 

Lorsque vous recherchez un mot-clé à volume élevé dans Google Trends, regardez dans le tableau du bas.  L'onglet Rising vous dira les mots clés connexes qui ont l'augmentation rapide du volume de recherche. Par contre en français les données sont souvent insuffisante.
Une astuce : Pour avoir plus de données sur les "Top" et "Rising" pour chaque mots-clés (et non pas uniquement le premier) et des données segmentées par semaine, il s'agit d'exporté les résultats en format CSV que vous trouverez dans Setting (à droite en haut).

Google Webmaster Tools (Console)


Avant que Google cesse de fournir les données de mots clés, - maintenant not provided -  Analytics nous fournissait une montagnes d'idées de contenu réel de votre auditoire. Vous pouviez voir quels mots clés ils utilisaient qui les conduisait à votre site. 

Si vous avez vu une expression ou un mot clé particulièrement précieux, alors vous pouviez alors créer du contenu autour d'elle ou de lui. Ces jours sont révolus. Toutefois, Google fournit toujours des données agrégées des mots-clés dans Google Webmaster Tools. 
Note :  Voir une astuce que j'ai créer dans Analytics pour contourner en partie ce caviardage.

De nombreux référenceurs éconduisent les données de Webmaster Tools de la main parce que les données de clic sont notoirement imprécises. Mais ce que beaucoup oublient est la mine d'or de données qui reste si vous ignorez le volume de clic et il suffit de regarder les mots-clés comme sujets pour optimiser les questions et réponses. 

Dans Google Webmaster Tools, aller dans Search Traffic et ensuite dans Search Analytics (carré 1). Par défaut, vous serez à la recherche par requêtes. Vous pouvez aussi ajouter comme dans le carré 2 les options CTR et surtout Position.

Vous pouvez parcourir ce tableau pour des idées, mais puisque ce sont des requêtes qui conduisent déjà du trafic vers votre site, vous vous dites que cela ne sert pas beaucoup le contenu. C'est ici que vous avez tout faux sauf si vous avez toutes vos requêtes en position numéro un dans les résultats ce qui est quasiment impossible.

 Vous avez ici les deux colonnes encadrés qui sont les plus importantes soit le CTR (Click Thru Rate) et la Position (moyenne de la position dans les résultats de Google qui dépend de la plage de temps choisit).
Ces données permettent de ciblé les pages à bonifiées dans votre site. Ici dans le tablleau les requêtes 6, 9, 10, 11 et 16 sont parfaites avec leur classement Numéro 1. Donc aucun travail à faire sur ces expression-clé.

Note: Ces mêmes expressions-clés devraient être remplacés par des synonymes dans vos prochains contenus car vous vous feriez votre propre concurrence. Ainsi vous aurez un éventail plus large de mots-clés performants sur un même sujet ou théme.
Mais les autres nous indique quelle expression-clé serait à bonifié dans les pages ciblées. En cliquant sur la petite boite avec le symbole de sortie juste à la suite des requêtes vous verez quelle est la page de votre site résultante de votre expression-clé. Allez ensuite rebonifié ces pages avec quelques oxxurences de plus de cette expression-clé dans votre texte ou simplement en positionnant cette expression-clé plus haut dans votre page.

Note 2: Je n'ai pas élaborer sur l'option page car Analytics donne des données beaucoup plus valables et précises que Webmaster Tools.

Construire sur ce qui fonctionne 

Parfois la recherche de mot-clé peut donner une vision étroite du contenu. Supposons que vous voulez ramifier du nouveau texte, mais toujours en pré-qualifiant votre contenu. Allez regarder voir quels types de contenu ont déjà bien ou mal fait. Vous aurez un point de référence pour évaluer les résultats potentiels en plus d'avoir un point de départ pour créer un angle nouveau ou nouvelle perspective.

21 facteurs qui influencent la valeur d'un lien

 Suite au billet de Rand Fishkin chez Moz j'ai fait ma propre évaluation. Allez le lire et comparer avec mon propre pointage et mes quelques explications personnelles.

Assez d'accord avec son pointage.

2. PageRank............................................3

Que ce soit le PageRank ou MozRank ou tout autre système de classement d'autorité je crois que cela a une plus grande influence que le pense Rand. À l'acquisition de lien de gouvernement aujourd'hui ou du W3C à l'époque j'ai toujours remarqué une bonne influence sur le positionnement. Voir le point 4.

3. Pertinence..........................................3

Ici, je suis d'accord mais j'aurais mis .5 de plus.

4. Autorité du domaine..........................5

D'accord ici et comme je le mentionnais au point 3, (et d'ailleurs pour toute métrique Web), il faut prendre plusieurs mêmes métriques de plusieurs outils différents et s'en faire une moyenne.

5. Position dans la page.........................4

Ici je suis en désaccord total avec son petit 2. J'ai souvent déplacé des liens de mes clients en meilleure position dans les pages et on a vu immédiatement une bonne bonification du positionnement. D'ailleurs le guide de qualité de recherche de Google publié récemment permet de voir que Google et autres tiennent en compte ceci.

6. Interne versus externe......................5

Ici comme Rand c'est l'évidence même qu'un lien externe est de loin mieux qu'un lien interne. Toutefois faire attention aux multiples liens externes qui proviendraient d'une même classe C. Lire les commentaires ici aussi.

7. Qualité des autres liens de la page...4

Ici je suis d'accord mais allez lire le point 21.

8. L'intégrité éditoriale..........................4

Ici je met un point de plus que Rand car la venue de nombreux sites avec des auteurs invités ont été impactés par les derniers changements majeurs d'algorithme de Google. Aussi la thématique des pages liées doivent correspondre le plus possible.

9. L'engagement des utilisateurs..........4

Ici, il y a moins de deux ans j'aurais mis un 2, mais avec Android, Chrome et les outils analytiques, je suis d'accord avec Rand même si ceci va en surprendre plusieurs.

10. Follow versus No-follow..................5

 D'accord ici mais cela ne veut pas dire qu'un lien No-follow vaudrait zéro. Loin de la.

11. Profondeur de la source..................2

Ici j'ajoute 1 point car même en profondeur un lien à de la valeur sauf dans le cas de BlogRoll.

12. Texte versus image........................3

Ici je suis en désaccord total sur le zéro de Rand. Le Alt des balises img à moins de valeur que lien texte. Par contre, il faut tenir du UX. Maintenant on a qu'à voir la popularité des fontes dynamiques qui permet d'attirer plus de clics que sur une ancre de texte bleu en times 10 points.

Ici je donne un point surtout si l'âge du lien est le même que l'âge de la page.

Ici j'ajouterais un point de plus que Rand, mais cela varie beaucoup selon l'architecture et du nombre de pages du site liant qui traite du même sujet.

Ici je suis partiellement d'accord mais avec un point de plus. D'année en année le JavaScript cause de moins en moins de problème et j'ai d'ailleurs un client qui utilise depuis peu la plateforme Cloud d'Amazon qui .génère tous ses liens en JavaScript.

Ici j'ai ajouter un point car même si on le fait de manière honnête, il est mieux de répartir l'acquisition sur un calendrier moyen terme que trop court terme. Évidement on est souvent tributaire du site qui nous lie.

Aujourd'hui d'accord mais il y a 3-4 ans j'aurais donné un 3 ou 4.

Entièrement  d'accord sauf que si les autres liens pointeraient sur des ancres de la même page alors j'ajouterais un ou deux points.

20. Liens diversifiés............................1

Je suis partiellement d'accord avec un point de moins, surtout pour l'autorité plus affaiblis passé par ce lien.

21. Nombre de liens............................4

 Ici je trouve bizarre que Rand n'a pas mis cela dans les attributs. Préféreriez une page qui vous lie et qui possède 250 liens ou une qui en a 25 !
